have you ever met someone where you felt like they had you at hello? .....like nothing could have made things better unless you met someone that made you feel different...happy...time slows down...and you find yourself wondering if this person that makes you happy is the one you spend the rest of your life with....and if you lost it...you wonder what if.... do you think this could really happen? or just a fairy tale that we all hope for?

by the way....it would be fantastic if you didn't respond if you're planning on putting retarded comments..thanks bunches...kudos :P

i have felt this way. i started seeing this amazing guy out all the time at university. we would just look at eachother, and there was something there more than just he was hot. we would smile and never talk cus i was too shy. then we started to talk and i liked him even more. it didnt work out but i have never had those kind of feelings for anyone before, it was indescribable, and 2 years later i still cant stop thinking about him (i have moved on, but i still remember that feeling). i know that when i am head over heels for someone it always wears off after a couple years and i suppose thats how it is supposed to be..im not sure if there is one special person that it will stay like that forever with. i wonder the same thing.

oh yeah, it can DEFINITELY happen... no doubt about it... i'm going through that whole walking on sunshine phase right now and i'm not ready to drop back down to reality just yet... hopefully when you meet someone that makes you feel that way they're in your life for good... but yes, you know that you can never know for sure... just trust that God will put someone in your life whether they are their for a short time or a long time to come... just enjoy it while you have it... don't give away your heart to soon but definitely get to know that someone and let a bond form between you. it doesn't have to be a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship but it can't hurt to make close friends, or to tell them how you feel if you think of them as more.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe you asked this question...

The person that had me at hello is the same man I'm going to marry. He makes me so unbelievably happy that the moment I knew that going to sleep and waking up next to him made me happy, was when I knew I was going to spend the rest of my life with him. After all these years, I still feel the same butterflies I felt on our FIRST date!

It sounds wonderful. But, of course, it makes me worry. Sorry, but I am always like this. lol. I am the skeptic at the pajama party. But this could be true love or a projection of your own needs and longings. Just give it some time. Remember, no man is perfect. And if you live with him and make it last, you have to live with reality, not romantic ideals.

Oh yeah this has happened to me too. I'm friends with this guy now, but I want to be more. From the minute I talked to him I knew there was something special about him. We are so right for each other even though we are so differnet in many ways. We just click. I can't even describe it. I'm more comfortable with him than my "best friend".

I have had it happen to me. I met a guy I dated 14 years ago. And when I saw him again, although I didn't instantly recognise him, I knew he was the one. The attraction was still there from both of us. But a couple of weeks later he got the jitters and left me. It does happen, but not always for the best.
