my boyfriend has me order them for him cause he thinks they are girl drinks...that's why i ask.

Yeah, mixed drinks really are girly for me to drink unless your at the beach or drinking everclear, but I dont get why he'd be drinking them if he's embarassed to order them. I'd get ur man on beer or shots, if it were me

No the Bloody Mary was originally was used as a Remedy drink those with bad hangover from the night before however how effective they were is a good question?
Did they really help?
or did they just help get you a little buzzed so you would not mind the hangover as much?

Actually a bloody Mary is really a morning after drink. Acceptable and common at brunches and or at breakfast. Helps with a hangover from the previous night.

Bloody Marys are an old school breakfast drink. They aren't girly at all.

I love them! But I wouldn't consider it a girl drink; just a "smart" drink, especially when it comes with olives, green beans, celery sticks! Yum! You get a little buzz and have your veggies too!
I had a FROZEN one a few weeks back (always just had it with ice cubes), but this was an actual "slushy" Bloody Mary...so good.

I agree with what some people said on here...no, it's not, but it's more of a "hair of the dog" drink. A good brunch or hangover drink.

not really. but still guys don't order it in bars alot either
its more of party or at home mixed drink for guys

Nope, it the perfect way to get your vitamins, proteins and fiber (if made right) all in one. The vodka is only used as a binder :-)
