i was just shot by a guy tring to take my wallet. the gun was a 9mm semiautomatic; the wound is about 5 inches by 5 inches and my liver is pouring out onto the ground. Is there anything i can do myself to fix my problem?

If your liver was pouring out on the ground you would not be able to type on here to ask a question. You would have lost alot of blood also you would have passed out. No there is nothing you can do the bullet can still be in you traveling around in your body and if it strikes the right area you can die. You know you need to go to the hospital have an x-ray or possible surgery if it is that bad or go anyway and report it to the police.

duct tape???wrap a bath towel around yur waste,lay down on ground, die! have seen small wounds that yu put a McDonalds straw into it for drainage and use peroxide daily to flush it out? clean it religiously as the stomach can go bad quick? if yu get a high fever see a clinic dr!yeah and dig the bullet out if yu know its in there?? why not go to the hospital and save time?--- liver shot is usually fatal, sorry dude?

Aspirin will thin your blood and make you bleed more.
Do not look at the wiki page on this
Once you are a safe distance from danger, apply a dressing and local pressure and call an ambulance
If you are sufficiently close to a hospital, get there as quick as you can.

Shove your liver back in there and use a sewing needle and some pink thread to sew it up.
