ok. so thers this guy i like, and we've been friends for a long time now. im starting to like him and i have this notion he likes me too. wen i look across the classroom i notice he always looks at me and he always acts really flirty. but recently, ive noticed he seems to be talking alot to my best friend. he even asked her to play tennis with him this weekend. i am SOO jealous and i dont know what to do!

Look, If you guys are friends this is what you do. You ask him straight up if he likes your girl but at the right time. show some patience. women have no patience. But dont wait to long to ask him till the point where its obvious they are going out and you would look stupid asking the question. And also ask him does he want to be tided down to one women right now or does he want to play the field. Then you would get the your answer. dont worry he will tell you or you will see the truth in his face. sometimes woman want see what they want to see and bury the truth. because he may tell you he is a one women kind of guy but really he is playing the field and you know who he is by his actions and his reaction your question. then you also need to ask him if he is attracted to you. Most likely he like both of you. he is a young guy. he will go out with anyone. he is having fun and so should you. dont take it personal. women take these things personal. ask him who he likes most and tell him you can take the truth. dont act crazy when he tells you the truth. Just be calm and accept what he tells you and move on. Do not i repeat Do not try to make him like. no woman can make a guy like her. if he likes you more than the other chick you may have to let him get her out his system. you have to understand that she is now a itch he needs to scratch and he will not be happy until he scratches.

He must be a pretty good player, but don't let that get you down. Remember to keep your best friend close, because she could become your enemy! Think about this... If he was flirting with you, and not with your friend, but is now going out with your friend...? Does this make sense? No. So most likely, he wants you. But I could be wrong, so I'm going to help you out a little more. The best thing you can do now is to give up, and just to ask him out on a date (this is most efficient, and most effective). But you can drive him a little crazy by not paying ANY attention to him, and in fact, avoiding him (see his reactions to see if he still cares, and he may ask you for your date). If you want to do both, drive him crazy, and surprise him by asking him out, etc. To beat your friend, you've gotta have something she doesn't have.
1) Honesty (show this by being consistent with everything).
2) Fun (flirting is good).
3) Appeal (wear good clothes).
4) Respect (respectable classiness, and not letting him insult you... all you need to do to respond to insults is to not say anything back, and this shows that you aren't pleased, but you aren't being negative about it).

The guy is just fishing. He's trying to find the easiest one. It's a waste of time to be jealous. You have years and years of meeting and liking people. Just act like you don't care what he does. If he really likes you, he'll come around. If he's just jiving, you're better off without him.

he's just playing with ya'll dont waster ur time, set ur eyes on someone who only has eyes for you. I know it will be hard especially when it becomes more of I can get him game. Dont let that be the case. You will get him and then he will dump you and u will be broken hearted and have no best friend to lean on. Dont do it girl

He's a flirt and he probably doesn't know which girl to like. He likes all girls. If you show interest in him, he'd probably ask you to play tennis. Or he flirts with you to get to your friend. Hard to tell with not a lot of info.

He is more shy about asking you. If this friend turns him down .. he doesn't care. But with you .. He likes you .. he may be afraid that you will say "no" .. then what does he do ? .. Best thing you can do is to let him know that you have feelings for him .. how does he feel about you ? Just ask him .. Good Luck ! :)
