not all of the time, but sometimes i cough or sneeze and i feel a tiny lump come out into my mouth. i spit it out and it's a white ball that smells horrible, like really bad concentrated morning breath. it is so weird and so disgusting, but i have to know...what are those little white balls!!?!?? i bet and ear, nose, and throat doctor could answer me.

Most likely, it is tonsiloliths. Sometimes an ear, nose, and throat doctor will tell you that your tonsils need to be removed or they will give you antibiotics. Therabreath makes products that work great to avoid having the problems with it, you may want to give it a try.

They're call "tonsilloliths" or tonsil stones. They're basically dead cells from your tonsils that are feeding the bacteria in the back of your mouth. The bacteria is where the smell comes form. Most of the time they are swallowed, but like you say, sometimes you cough them up. The only way to totally get rid of them is to have your tonsils removed but I'd try something less extreme, like more mouthwash gargling with over the counter mouthwash or a saltwater mix.

They are tonsil stones. They're harmless. Trying to remove them manually can cause bleeding, but there are supposedly certain kinds of mouth wash that can help.
They're in the folds of skin around the tonsils. They're a combination of saliva, food particles, and bacteria.

The first answer got it on the nose...or tongue, should I say?
They are also made of bacteria, hence the awful smell, and usually are lodged behind the tonsils.
If you get a lot of them, see your dentist. You may have some sort of dental hygiene problem.

Its no problem they acutally are things from your tonsil area and have dead white blood cell from fighting off germs and junk that enter your body. Its just your body getting rid of that waste. Called Tonsillolith
