Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, really everywhere depending on the crop. California is most likley the biggest user. they have sucked the aquifers down so low that it will take a million years for them to refill...ogalalala aquifer (I THINK I got the spelling correct) the biggest and now almost gone...
