i have a very runny and stuffy nose, what shuld i do to get rid of it????

Eat a pickled habanero. Take Vitamin C. Drink Tea with honey. Give it time to clear up. And carry Kleenex.

lay down and once the runny stopped a little bit try some alavert

get some cold and cough meds, and use Vick's vapor rub under you nose before you go to sleep. hope you feel better soon

there is nothing better than SLEEP! lol people have no idea how much rest can help them....another thing 2 do is keep drinking juice and water i hope that they well help u! im so sry ure sick i hope u feel better!
