North America is getting more and more anti-Christian. In Canada, most Christian movies are not allowed in the theatres, and we have a lot less Christian tv as well.
It's hard to say why these things happen. We're supposed to have freedom of religion, but somehow it's ok in our society to be against Christianity, as long as we respect all other religions. Christians are hated more than any other religious group, and we have to remember that Jesus said we'd be hated. It may be hard to understand stupid things that happen, like The Passion of the Christ being brought to the courts. But I just try to remember that Jesus said we'd be hated, and He also said "pray for those who persecute you"

Maybe the Bible needs to be brought to court also.
Here is just some of the things the Bible is responsible for:Nazis, KKK, Heaven's Gate, The Spanish Inquisition.

Yes, next up to the movies will be Mein Kampf. Why would that be sent to courts?

I don't know about the legal issues that may be going on, but the movie is not scripturally accurate.
