You can go to the Island, The Pedestal, Lobby, Promenade, Museum, Fort Wood and the 10th Floor Pedestal Observation Level, But the Statue itself is off limits.
Be sure to have a "time pass" reservation, before you go.

Yes. I do not recommend going in December, like I did. It was so freezing cold, being out on the water, with the wind and humidity. Best to visit when the weather is better.

Yes you can visit the Statue. They let you enter it but you can only go up to the top of the base that she is standing on.They don't let you climb up in side the statue any more because of safety reasons.

yes, it is you have to take the circle line tour, and ferry, I think that price is 11.50...security is tight, like airport screeners at JFK, but you can still go inside of it, not sure if you can go all the way to the crown or not ? but yoi can go inside of it
