I've been obsessed with my nose ever since I was a young child. I really would like it if it were a little more narrow and defined. What do you guys think? Check out my pics on 360. Do you guys also know any good surgeons in the bay area?

Don't! So many ways it can go wrong, and it's probably mostly in your mind. Try and focus on parts of you that you do like. For instance, I have a nice voice, or I have gorgeous eyes. Besides, getting a nose job won't help things, it'll just encourage your fixation and you'll feel even more insecure. And any time anyone compliments you you'll know it's the surgeon they're complimenting, not you. Just know that you are beautiful, and get your mind off your nose because nobody is perfect!

There is not link to your 360 page, so is hard to say. Personally i would not go for the surgery, and i have a great big conk, but that's my choice, if you want it that bad then do it.
Well after checking your 360 page, i would like to say that i don't think that you need a nose job at all, your nose fits beautifully on your face the way it is, as it 'fits' your face and you are great looking whats the point of risking an operation that could mess up the great look that you have going for you now.

No! Your nose is gorgeous! Sexy! You don't want a narrower nose!!!! I can guarantee it! You must have a very sexy nose. Fuller is usually better!!! Snub noses, wide nostril noses, ethnic noses look great! Leave your nose alone! Please!!!
