The reason the UN is ineffective in some respects is because the United States has opposed them and put stumbling block in their way every time they try to do something. If another country does something that violates the charter, the US will only support the UN if it is not one of America's client states. If the US violates the charter, as it frequently does, it completely ignores sanctions. They only apply to other countries, not us. We're above the law, any law. We can do anything we like and to hell with what the rest of the world thinks. The US also blackmails the UN by holding up its membership dues.

Not in today's world. When the United Nations was formed it was for peace. A place countries could go and work put the problems of the world.
Now it's filled with corruption and dwells on nothing of importance except graft and schemes to make themselves rich. Unfortunately some of our politicians are so self serving and cowardly the won't pull out of the United Nations. Although we pay about 80% of it's cost and get nothing in return but grief.

The UN is suppose to keep or maintain peace in the world by discussing problems among nations but has failed. Their General Command is in New York City.

Wow think of of the money saved if the UN moved away. Can already photograph the recent house progression, and all those so noted as ambassador privileges revoked. The tens of millions of greenbacks no longer spent else have been yet spent interior the U. S. somewhat. the warriors that isn't could area of the UN forces. The treaties the U. S. can merely brush away, the nonsense of asking permission to do the stunning element might merely save time. somewhat of humanitarian money going into the pocket of UN officers it would certainly flow to the those it incredibly is that if we desire it too. feels like a solid concept to me.
