Ok, this guy says he likes me and I like him but everytime were on the computer all he talks about is that he needs some. I asked him out to go to homecoming as friends but he said no to me. He says he likes me but he doesn't want to go out with me even as friends. What does this mean? I really like this guy and I hate the mixed signals I get from him.

Mixed signals confuse me too.
If I like someone and they ask me to go out with them I would NOT say no!!!!! except for prior arrangements and then I would tell them....
If I had a gf and someone else ask me out, even if I liked them, I would say no.!!!! uh oh... bad news...
that is what I think mixed signals are... they are looking for someone else, think they have found them, then believe that they are wrong,, etc. etc...

Because he wants to be more than friends, but you asked him to go as friends.

Why don't you ask him why won't he go with you....if you have the guts to ask him out then you should have the guts to ask him why.
