You can actually cook this entire meal in under 10 minutes if you're organized! A delicious eggs Benedict; instead of Canadian bacon, make a few strips of regular bacon; Grab a couple of English Muffins, a packet of Hollaindaise Sauce (I like McCormick and add some lemon juice to it), a couple of poached eggs and you're done! I fix this for my son on special occasions or just because it is quick and easy; he's been eating it since he was about 2-3 years old! He's now 18! You can always slice up some black olives for eyes/nose and a slice of tomato or roasted red pepper for the mouth.

Take a piece of bread and hollow out the center with a cup. So that there is a hole in the middle of the bread. Place that in a pan. Put a un cooked egg in the center, whole or scrambled up and cook it like you would french toast or something. You can also save the piece or bread that you took out from the middle and dip it in the egg and make little french toast pieces for the side. Then Enjoy! My mom called this A Birds Nest. But my husband mom called it a Cosmo!

Cold pizza! Regular yeast donut sliced in half with peanut butter in the middle. Toasted English muffin with jam. Cheese slice in a bun nuked til melted. These are things that helped my son who wasn't a big breakfast fan to have at least something in the morning. But sometimes he'd go mad for cereal and have it all the time = whether oatmeal or cold kinds.

My kids never (I mean never - like all their lives) got tired of pancakes. If your kids like pancakes, try this. I always made the batter into shapes for each of them. When they got old enough to start helping in the kitchen, they always made pancakes into shapes, too. As far as I know, they still make fun shapes out of their pancakes.
If you want something quicker than pancakes, how about toast with peanut butter? Maybe fruit smoothies? Or, flavored yogurt.
One of the things that kids find to be the most "fun" in the kitchen is to help cook.

Those pillsbury bread rolls are good, they're easy to make (something fun to get your kids involve) and quick. I would substitute milk with soya milk (they comes in chocolate flavor too)!
