Where to download maps of malaysia and singapore for my garmin etrek legend gps ?

I want to download highly detailed maps of Malaysia and Singapore.Where can I put them ? How to I get them to my gps ?

Check with Malaysia Internet Yellow Pages [Online], http://www.yellowpages.com.my/

While you are there, type "Map" (without the quotes) in search textbox. You will find two categories available for you (1) Mapping Service (2) Maps & Globes.
