Yep, tri-color pasta, try some Newman's Own Italian Dressing, cube whatever cheese you like: Provolone, Mozzarella, Cheddar, or shave some Pecorino Romano; You can use Salami, pepperoni, Capicolla(a spicy ham-get it thin sliced and julienne it; maybe some garlic...don't overdo the dressing; for 1 pound of pasta, I'd start with 1/4-1/3 cup; you can always add; you can also add veggies like tomatoes, sliced red, green, or yellow peppers (or a nice roasted red pepper from a bottle-or roast the peppers yourself, just leave on the stove top and turn till all black, pop into a paper bag to cool and peel most of the charred outside; Yummy!

Boil the pasta noodles to your liking, drain and rinse and let cool. Cut up your cheese in small cubes and also cut up your meat- it can be salami, ham, pepperoni, or a mixture. When the pasta cools combine everything along with the Italian dressing chill and serve. you might want to add a little more dressing after it sits a while because the pasta soaks some of it up.

Sounds like a simple pasta salad (or antipasto)with multi-colored rotini pasta.
All you have to do is mix your cooked pasta with salami, pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, pepperoncini peppers(or banana peppers) and your favorite italian dressing (or use oil and vinegar) top with parmesan and toss with cheese chunks.
You can practically throw in anything you like in these.
