No,you are just pleasantly plump in our generations category. My sister is 4'11 and weighs 250lbs now that's a big girl and she's only 22 but I'm helping her the best way I can to help her lose weight.People don't know fat until they actually seen it.Don't listen to them,I'm thick not too skinny and not too big they are just hatin on you.Big is beautiful and men these days like their women with some meat then to have a woman who's as skinny as the girl from popeye. And I'm 23 4'11 and weigh 125 and my meat is in my thighs and but and I don't care.

you're a beautiful, thick girl. Not fat just got meat. Take into account that muscle weighs a lot and your bone structure could be different. If you're really concerned, see a nutritionist in your insurance plan. Don't look online, everything is biased and don't know your muscle or bone mass.

Weight range for someone 5'6" is 120 (?) to 150, depending on frame size, with a "healty weight" being at 129. So youre slightly overweight, but nothing horrible, and I doubt people can even tell.

you may attempt to get all the way down to a minimum of one hundred thirty. decrease out each and all of the junk foodstuff, no sugary foodstuff, severely cut back carbs (bread, pasta, cake). Meat, vegetables, fruit, & dairy. Drink water first whenever you're hungry, this is elementary to mistake mild thirst for starvation. Loosing weight potential going hungry.
