This question is not for a homework assignment, but it is apart of an unscientific poll that I am conducting for my university's EnvironMentals club. Thank you all for your responses thus far.

It's not a easy answer,but I'll try :

(Including us,humans,in the animal kingdom).

-Melting the ices of the poles, the sea level will increase globally.Whole islands will disappear.Other countries will assist to the change of their geography due to the entering of the waters for kilometers,, inland.
Millions of people will have to migrate.Towns, villages, will be abandoned.Agriculture, industries,
will be affected from this .
The world economy will suffer. People will suffer famine.

-The increasing of the temperature in the sea, will kill at the end the corals in the tropical areas.
As consequence, with the help of higher tides, the waves will reach the shores easily, the erosion will increase dramatically in such countries.
The fish living around/in the reefs will have big problems to survive, having lost important rings of the food chain in such environment. The industry of fishery will fall in problems.
The mangroves, along the coast, will not be able to survive to the direct energy of the waves. In this way,"the nursery" of hundreds of species of fish, crustacean, birds etc, will not exist anymore.

The animals of the Poles will have to migrate, but their areas for hunting will be more small, creating problems of survival for too many of them having to live too close each other.

-Actually,we are experiencing an increasing of the sea level,in average,of one feet.
-The global climate has started to change
-Corals in some ocean are dead.

At this point I ask help to somebody else,to continue...

'' What,my children will see in their future ??"
Bye.From Italy.

Global warming has always had an effect on the animal kingdom. Just the same, so has an ice age. But there is nothing we can do about it- we just don't have the power or technology to do such things.

Climate change has had a much greater impact on species extinction than mankind has ever had on it.
