can u use hydrogen peroxide to clean any trace of blood off of earrings ???

Sure. Hydrogen peroxide is great for cleaning blood off of anything. But if isn't your blood, you need to wipe the earrings down with bleach to make sure that they are not simply clean, but sterilized.

hydrogen peroxide should only be used on necrotic abcesses oozing with pus because it kills not only bad cells but good cells too. studies have suggested that hydrogen peroxide may cause cancer cells to develop (but it's just a theory, so don't panic!)

instead, use rubbing alcohol.

Yes, but if you are trying to remove DNA, use bleach.
