I think that you need a second opinion on the arthritis. I understand that is has been diagnosed in your joints.
I am Bipolar and suffer from herniated discs in my back and have for years. It has now gotten to the point that the painkillers do not even work anymore.
No one likes to go to see the shrink and living with the irritability is just as bad as the pain itself.
I Know that you said that you don't like to go to see the shrink but because of all that is going on with you I would recommence one. Don't cut yourself short there are many drugs out there that can help you with your illness. Good Luck and God Bless

Its sounds like you are so irritable because you are in pain?
Can you start a mild exercise regime, exercise is a great way to get rid of stress, release anger, and not to mention get your joints back happy from stiffness.
Are you getting a good night's rest, that could also make one very angry, as if you are in pain, and sleepy you want be able to tolerate much.
Keep a journal and write down all your angry thought, or get a recorder to record your thoughts.
Don't keep stuff bottle up inside, get a pet if you can manage like a cat or a dog that you have to walk, and will be forced to walk.
WALKING is a great way to clear the mind, stretch joints and reduce stress.
Try natural stuff first, like eating bananas, taking vitamin b, and taking st john's wart pills or drink st johns wart tea and chamomille tea, all of these thing calm the nerves and promote happiness.
You dont want to become dependent on drugs that have nasty side affect.
Also they say eucalyptus works great for joints, buy some at your local farmers market or health food store, keep it near your bedside/heater, spray it from time to time as it helps with breathing with helps joints....
Hope this helps.

I took Wellbutrin for a while and IT made me feel like that. I wanted to kill small animals (not really). Ask for something to take with it or maybe you need something else totally.

sounds like you need an antianxiety drug until the wellbutrin kicks in, try xanax or klonopin, ibuprofen is good for arthritis if it does not interact with the other meds u r on....

this might sound odd.. but when i've been really angry and uptight, i have been known to go for a drive and in the privacy of my car..... yell and scream my head off until i get tired of doing that. strangely enough I feel much calmer and better afterwards.
