How can I find food processing companies / factories?

I have an idea for a new ice cream product and want to find a food processing company. I tried Google for hours and didn't find anything. Does anybody have an idea, how to find a food processing company?

First, make sure your idea is patented.

Go to the websites of all of the ice cream companies.

Find out where their Corporate Headquarters are.

Go from there.
