You know the little paper back book in the glove box? Open it to audio system and read! You know how to type don't you read! And you will know all about other features too! Read it cover to cover and put in book marks so you can go back to resetting the clock and programming the power locks and interior lights. Maintence too?

It sounds like an anti-theft feature.

I think it means the radio needs to be unlocked. You should be able to go to the nearest VW dealer and they should be able to help.
