I would like to hear anyone's opinion on this, it is very important. The girl met the guy through very close girlfriends, who had known him for about 3 years. And she herself has known him for about a year. And they have her parents's concent.

The girl happens to be very mature. And will be 16 soon. The guy has just turned 19. And to some of you that have been responeding that he only wants one thing, most guys between the ages of 13 and 22 want that one thing.

No, it's perfectly fine as long as both are at basically the same maturity level. And as long as the parents have given their okay and the older male is not just in the relationship for sex, there is nothing wrong with it. My mom was 16 and my dad was 21 when they started dated and when I was 17 when I started dating my boyfriend who was 20. Age gaps aren't really that huge of an issue. (I actually have a friend right now who is 17 and dating a 23 year old and they are very happy). It all depends on the people...happy dating!

Think about it, what could a 19 year old possibly have in common with a 15 year old. Besides one thing, and we all know what that is.
Those ages are worlds apart in terms of maturity and stages of life. So yes, it is kind of wrong.

That girl's parents are OBVIOUSLY some STUPID M.F.ers! They ACTUALLY let THEIR 15-year-old daughter date a 19-year-old guy?!?!?! That's f#$^ed up!!!! This girl AND her parents ACTUALLY WANTS this 19-year-old to go to jail for statuatory rape! I know there is no law preventing them from dating each other (there SHOULD be, though!), but EVENTUALLY, THEY WILL end up in the heat of the moment and ACTUALLY engage in sexual intercourse! This girl's parents OBVIOUSLY aren't raising their daughter right!

Tells me the guys is so immature girls his age won't go out with him. If that is the case....what is wrong with him. If the parents of a 15 year old girl give their consent they are idiots.

My daughter met her husband when she was 15 and he was 19. They ae now married with a baby. I am 4 years younger than my husband too.
