guns, horses, germs and steel. The europeans were superior to the native americans, in the sense that the europeans were better equiped to adapt quickly to the new environment and enforce their will on the locals.
Also followed a continental policy of claiming any real estate as their own that was not accepted as being "owned" by anyone else.
Ultimately the indians were overwhelmed because they did not hold title to the real estate. The europeans exerted squaters rights.
Of course the native americans were never granted "legal" authority when they immigrated to the americas from asia. It was up for grabs.

Didn't native Americans come over from Russia by way of Alaska they walked over on the ice .
and some stayed in Alaska . Which came first the chicken or the egg ?

The americans that developed the country came up with the laws and regulationg regarding immigrants. Most of the rest of the population are decendants of the people that came after. The LEGAL europeans, who had to be screened and immunized for diseases and had to have lots of paper work and lots of waiting time. Everyone should have to do the same thing.

Last time I checked the Native Americans didn't run this country.
Native Americans have respect and honor and realize the past is the past. Yes horrible crimes were committed against them but they have many rights now and most are very satisfied with that because without the White Europeans the country wouldn't be what it is today. In 230 years we will see what the Mexicans have done for this country, if they are not all "suffering" in their own country. If they were such hard workers they would stay in their country and solve its problems instead of running like cowards from them.

I do understand what you mean, but this comes from the old world of european domination. Where they took the land they wanted placed the flag. Made it a territory battled to keep it a territory. Then we seprated from the europeans because we wanted to be free from europe, so we were basically left on this land, adopted by this land. Mother earth/AMERICA was good and kept us from starving. (we are adopted children and native or not, our mother loves us, no matter how we came to her)

native americans didn't have an organized country, no borders and no immigration laws. oh and we conquered and took the land. so yes white people are legal.

1. They greated and welcomed us and signed treaties.
2. WE weren't there at the time. We were born here and pay for services like education that others want to come and have us pay for for them.
