There's this one guy that is nice, but at parties (and drinking) he turns into an a*s (agnors her, and gets touchy/feely with anyone). Se just see's how he is when they are alone together, but whenever I'm with them too he tries to get us both to dance w/him or he ends up grabing my a*s or something (usally there when they have a party). How can I tell her that he's not for her without getting her defensive? and there is another guy that she hangs with so maybe I can push them closer?

tell that other guy, to move in for the kill.
if she see's that he's better. then she'll take over from there...

I am sorry to say this but if she has not figured this out yet then nothing you can say will make a differance. It will anly put a wedge between you and her. The best thing to do is just do your best to be a good friend to her and maybe one day she will open her eyes and see him for the jerk that he is . But if you try and make her see this before she is ready you can loose a friend so good luck
