Ok, see here's the issue! I eat way too much junk food and not enough "real food". Here's an example of the typical things I would eat in a day.
Breakfast:fruit sack
Lunch: cafeteria food (I don't eat if it's nasty) and I don't like to bring my lunch
After school: chips, cookies, candy, and more chips
Dinner: most times nothing
Now you know why I want some advice on how to eat healthier and not so much junck food
*also sometimes I eat so much junk food it makes my stomach hurt.....it's just so good! HELP

You need to take a real good look at yourself. You are still young so, you can change your future health and not be obese and sick at an early age. The time to change is now. If you don't like preparing your food you can buy salads and sandwiches already made. You can eat rolled up lean ham. No prep there. Take all the chips and junk out of the house, if possible and ask other family members to help you with this. You need milk, low fat and cheese and yogurt...for strong bones. Take a multivitamin please!!!! What ever kinds of fruit you like make sure you have it in the house and ready to eat, washed and peeled, whatever. This really is an issue where you have to want it and you have to change what you do. No one can do it for you. I wish you luck. Be healthy!!

Well, Looks like you have a chance to eat good food, food good for you , at school cafeteria , home at night, you say you don't eat so I guess you're going to keep eating junk food.

Throw away most of yourr junk food in your house. And eat a better breakfast! I understand liking junk food. I LOVE CHOCOLATE. but you need more self control than that. Maybe make a time each day for a snack, like between lunch and dinner. But only so much, not like so much that you hurt.

Maybe, you should get get rid of your junk food, and use it to "BOO" people. That's what I do, well...use to. Anyways,
Ignore your cravings, and start eating green apples and soup. Healthy foods. Just get rid of your junk food. And ignore the convience of your cravings.
