Ok, see here's the issue! I eat way too much junk food and not enough "real food". Here's an example of the typical things I would eat in a day.
Breakfast:fruit sack
Lunch: cafeteria food (I don't eat if it's nasty) and I don't like to bring my lunch
After school: chips, cookies, candy, and more chips
Dinner: most times nothing
Now you know why I want some advice on how to eat healthier and not so much junck food
*also sometimes I eat so much junk food it makes my stomach hurt.....it's just so good! HELP
