I can't think of any name that is generally used for boys acting in a feminine way, that is equivalent to "tomboy" for girls.

You could ask this question again, and be a little more specific... are you asking about a young boy, pre-adolescent, who acts a little effeminate? Or are you asking about an older boy who dresses up like a girl and pretends to be a girl? (cross dressing? or drag) or are you asking about a male who is sexually attracted to other males, rather than to females (homosexual, or queer - the words fag, ***** etc I think would generally be regarded as insulting, but homosexuals use the term queer to refer to themselves all the time) I don't think the word genderqueer is in general use.

So, it depends exactly which level of "acting like a girl" you mean.

A boy acting like a girl is genderqueer, as is a girl who acts like a boy. Genderqueer is anyone who deviates from the gender norms of masculinity and femininity. Often these people just define these concepts differently for themselves, though many can also fall into the wide array of things that define transgendered.
