Shhh! There already blondes in Canada, so you won't stand out. How do Canadians treat blondes? The same as they treat brunettes, red-heads, and silver haired ladies.
Some Canadian men hassle their women, but they usually get tossed in the clink for doing so.
Canada IS part of America. Do you mean is Canada like the US? In some ways it is, in other ways it is different. That's what makes travel interesting, isn't it?

If you seem easy then watch out even though no-one deserves to be molested at anytime in their life. Well, I am canadian, blonde, female and have never had to worry about this just so you know. In most cases you are safe

There are PLENTY of blondes in Canada! I'm sure you won't feel any different than if you were at home in America. You DEFINATELY WON'T stand out...and NO, you won't get hassled here unless you go to the wrong places...just like anywhere else in the world

The majority of the Canadian population is white, you will not stand out in any way. Canadians are just unarmed Americans with health care. No big deal.

Believe it or not, we DO have blonde's in Canada! Natural AND the bottle kind!
The only thing is, that blonde's are kind of lower class citizens. If a man looks at you, you are his, and destined to clean his igloo around the clock, while taking care of his sled dogs.
