i've been trying to gain weight for about 6 years and not even the weight gainer's help. they make me loose weight actually. please help.

Umm, try eating caloric food and do gym - like for muscle gain (just a bit, no need to go professional;).
Also ask in your local pharmacy about pills that are taken with or after food like protein addition to the food.

Have you consulted a dietologist or someone professional?

I'm guessing you tried everything evn eating fatty foods.But wieght comes naturally and if your body is able to gain weight then you will get it when the time is right. I tried to for a while and I was gaining at first then I lost it all,now I'm gaining all my weight back and I have not pressure myself to do it it just came naturally.I lost it all before cuz I was constantly stressing and I was smoking weed everyday,I quit it all.So far I have gain 13lbs and 5 ounces stress free,shhh and a little help from my husband.

Live my lifestyle honey and you will have a fat *** in no time. I wish I could go through that. Its easier to gain it than it is to lose it honey. Trust me. I dont know what Im doing wrong, but its working for weight gain. LOL

Eat lots of chocolates.
Do not drink plenty of plain water because it cut ur fats but you could drink chocolate, strawberry or Milo.
Eat rice 3 times a day. (Morning, afternoon and night)
Eat lots of meat. ( this is very effective to be a little fat)
Most important thing, sleep a lot.

i tried this before....i gained a little fat.

Try this first.

eat a peanut butter milkshake every night right before you go to sleep.

you'll need a blender, ice, and water with plenty of sugar in it if you want a great taste..

put ice and water in the blender.. add peanut butter and a banana and blend it up really good. you could also add milk or ice cream to make it more fattening but more tasty!

it tastes great and peanut butter is healthy.

eat full cream stuff and drink full cream milk,eat chips ,pizza,fries,
pasta what ever you like and you will gain weight quickly
