to eat, as much as you can as many times in the day you can, and especially at night or during night if you get up, that way, your body will have more calories than it needs and you should gain weight if you are healthy. If you have some sickness, it might be more difficult to gain weight, or maybe impossible. I am just adding that in since I don't know your health status or age etc. But still a good idea to do some work outs so that you gain muscle rather than just fat, and in doing a bit of exercise i think you will gain weight proportionately, rather than in one spot, your belly. Another think to consider is the number of calories each food has, for quicker weight gain eat foods high in calories, but try and get all your nutrients. Buy a calorie book, it will say how many calories are in the foods you eat, also, some calorie information is on the packages of food. To gain one pound you must have an extra 2500 calories. I am the opposite I need to lose a few pounds, and that is hard too, to lose 2500 calories= 1 pound. Good luck. mermaid199

Go to the local health food store. They sell protien powder drinks that are just for gaining weight and healthy. That's what I would do. You don't want to eat a bunch of junk or fat or anything that will harm you in another way. Go there and they will advise you. Good luck.
