Eat less, and no snacks, or no regular meals and small snacks only.

I joined about 2 years ago, and I lost really fast, so it does work, however you have to pay upfront and so it is very expensive, (I had to pay $500) I quit and gained all my weight back. I am now in Weight watchers and I love it. I eat normal food and loose about 1-2 lbs a week and i dont feel like I am missing anything, plus they have ww icecream and that helps the sweet tooth. all from your own fridge and food storage. I would never join LA Weight loss again.

I actually worked there and I did their program. I lost all of my weight and really learned about healthy eating. in my opinion it is pretty expensive, but a lot of the clients who lost weight said it was worth the money. I got to do it for free, but if you can afford it then go for it, just be prepared for people to try to sell you products. I like the products, too, but I don't know if I would have used them without my large discount... Overall, good eating program and if you follow it you will develop a better relationship with food and a well balanced, healthy diet.
