I am going to be turning 18 in November. My girlfriend just turned 17 last month. If I engage in any sexual activities with her during the time that I am 18 and she is not, does it break any Statutory Rape Laws or something along those lines in Quebec, Canada? I'm guessing it does not considering the small age difference but you never know. Also, what are these laws in Quebec, Canada?

the age for statutory rape is if your outside her age by 5 years. but she is still a minor while you are concidered an adult and that would be concidered having underaged sex

God forbids ! Why are you worried about Canadian laws whereas not the law of God ? God forbids you for that is sin ... unless you marry her ... or else wait until the age law permits marriage... then you have her for the rest of your lives.... isn't it too long to wait ? May God Bless you ..
