Find a new routine, your bored with it. Take an aerobics class or go running outside

Yea, try something new if you're bored with it. My gym has lots of free classes, perhaps yours does too? If you really hate it, try to find exercise outside of the gym that you enjoy. Walking the dog, running outside, yoga, fencing, whatever you're interested in. If you can make exercise a fun part of your life, it's a lot easier to be motivated.

Try a class. There are a ton of classes out there. Also you can meet people that will help keep you motivated. You can also pick up new tecniques to use when you do go to the gym by your self.

Yeah. But you might also want to find a good class. Pilates is really non-painful, and after the first couple classes you absolutely look forward to it.

why do you need for any of us to tell you what you should do? sounds like you are a dependant person and you should look within yourself and figure out what it is that is hindering you from making your own decisions. good luck
