you should just have water and litle food or have little carbohydrates calories and ect but make sure you have at least around 1000-1500 calories

all you got to do is exercise do push ups, jumping jacks,run around your block for one hour every day.I bet you will lose weight if you run.and eat like fruits,vegetables,and energy bars.dont eat junk food.
