~*~Here's an easy & delicious recipe that will give you the time it takes to broil them.
Broiled Red Potatoes
2 unpeeled medium red potatoes, cut potatoes into 1/4" slices
1 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Place sliced potatoes into a microwave safe bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Place potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Broil 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned. Serves two.

About 20 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes but there is an easier way, you can actually use a fork or a small knife to pierce the potatoes to test if they are cooked through.

try 20 minutes but the best way to make sure they are done is by "stabbing" with a fork or knife and if its easy to put it in then they are done. thats how you know that the potatoes are soft

try allrecipes.com I think you slice them and put some sort of oil and spices on them, sounds yummy I love potatoes.
Ps broil is fast and they will burn easy, so watch them carefully.
do you mean outside??? Id still watch them and turn over often.

Just around 30 min. Stick them with a fork. If you want to toss them with butter and spices you have to make sure that you don't over cook them. They will turn to mush.

If you boil them first, then you can just broil them until browned.
