Look, there are always very very miniscule quantities of HIV in saliva. So if you share a drink, then you probably shared in that too. But - the quantities are so small that they do not affect your immune system in any way!
On another point, AIDS is a complication of the HIV virus, so you can't immediately get AIDS without first getting the HIV virus
On another point, please please please talk to your doctor or a health professional!

AIDS is a syndrome and therefore not contagious. HIV, which often becomes AIDS, is a virus and therefore transmittable. AIDS is the things that go along with having a compromised immune system; i.e. various types of cancers, such as PCP. With that distinction made, you can't get HIV from a drink since HIV is passed through bodily fluids, such a blood, and semen, and spit. However, there is such a small amount of the HIV virus found in spit, that it is almost impossible to get the disease this way. For example, there is only one case where the cause of HIV is thought to be kissing (far more invasive than sharing a drink in any instance) and even this is unconfirmed. However, it is also to be noted that the first part of the acronym HIV is Human--the disease cannot survive outside of the human body--immediate contact has to occur. Nor can HIV be transmitted through mosquitoes, or anything that isn't human-to-human contact. I wouldn't worry about any STDs being transferred through drinks--herpes would be the most likely candidate, but even this pretty much requires skin-to-skin contact.

Hi this is highly unlikey even if there was a little bit of blood transferred on the can to get AIDS it is most common that it needs to be sexually transmitted and believe it or not to get AIDS of saliva there needs to be a full bucket to have a good chance of getting it.
Hope that helps

Not from one drink. Studies show that it takes exposure to approximately one gallon of saliva to have the HIV virus passed on . Transmission of HIV from saliva is exceedingly rare, (however, don't confuse this with getting it from oral sex. In that case you have exposure to semen which carries a much higher viral load than saliva).
You CAN get herpes from a drinking glass though, if the other person has an open herpetic lesion on the lip.

I dont think either STDs or AIDs can be transferred through drinks, only with sexual intercourse.
