impossible. stay healthy, if you want to lose weight, do it in a healthy way. eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, and beans, excercise often and for a long time. DRINK WATER.

You are asking the impossible unless you can schedule surgery. Come on. 9 lbs. 4 days. That would be a good amount to loose reasonably in 2 months. Loosing weight is a lifestyle change not a fast one time trick you can do. You need to worry about your health and eat well. Lots of veggies and fruit. Milk (lowfat), yogurt, cheese, small portions of lean meat and no soda. Water, water, water and move. Walk and exercise at least three days a week and on weekends do something fun that allows you to move, like hiking, play minature golf, swim at the YMCA or anything you like to do. Be good to yourself and don't starve the body. When you try that your body goes into survival mode and holds on to all the fat it can because it doesn't think you are going to give it any more food, seriously...that's why diets don't work. Only sensible, healthy eating and moving works. Snack often on healthy snacks so you aren't so hungry that you eat a whole box of something. Have a glass of Orange juice to stop craving sweets and give the body vitamin C. Be good to your body, take care of it, you will need it for a long time. Good luck sweetie.

9lbs in 4 days for a 14 year old is not truly a healthy attitude.
A life change would be more safe, with greater rewards!
Just eat light when you do eat, do not exceed the size of a happy meal. Exclude french fries and soda pops and you will be on your way, exercise at a safe pace that your heart is taxed for 15 min twice a day. No big deal...You can do it!

OMG I seriously did this: I didnt eat meat for 3 days I ate McDonalds $1 salads like 2-3 times a day I was never hungry, b/c lettuce has somehting in it that makes you 'stuffed' faster and I added EXTRA tomatoes to it and stuff to make it at least look good and I lost like 6 pounds! Dont drink a lot of pop, drinks LOTS of water! I dont EVER work out so I dont know if that would help you either??? BUT THEN AGAIN JUST because it worked for me doesnt mean it will work for you, but its just a thought!

it's impossible to lose that much in that short of a time.
if you're 5 feet and 14 years old, then you should be anywhere from 90 lbs-110 lbs (41kgs-50kgs). if you are 168 kgs, then you are really overweight. if you are 76.5 pounds then you are really underweight. you need to talk to your doctor.

you need to eat 6 meals a day
here is a list of healthy items to be taken in small dosages
kangaroo stake: breakfast
carrot: mid snack
sandwitch: lunch (lettuce ham tomato)
half carrot: any time
salad: dinner (cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, carrot)
followd by a work around the block in the moring and at night

You are on the skinny side..you should not lose any weight! you should be about 90 pounds at 14 yrs old.

You shouldn't lose that weight and certainly not so fast. You will be harming your body if you try to do something so drastic.
Please try to be more accepting of your body even though it is changing a lot at your age.
Be more realistic and healthy.

walk around the house ...... just move
don't set down
and try to not eat so much
when you are hungry try to do anything to forget it
