Your dog will be fine!!!She would need to be continually eating that to kill her.As one of the previous sensible person said.Give her a bit of bread.
AND I AGREE.WHY MUST PEOPLE BE SUCH SMART*****.SHE was just looking for a good honest answer. If people don't have something decent to contribute, don't bother. It's any wonder people don't like to ask questions when that is the response they get.
Maybe a trip to the vet is obviously the way to go if you are not sure, but if you can get an answer from here in the meantime then great.

Maybe this will help. I was making dinner. I opened a package of Hormel pepperoni and inside the package was a little capsule-thingy to keep the product fresh. It fell on the floor and my dog ran up and gulped it down! I freaked out because I didn't really know what it was! I called the number on the back of the package and got the rep. on the phone and cried to her saying "is my dog going to die! She was kind and said that the capsule was silicone and not toxic!
My point is ...call the company (stide gum) and ask them! It may help!

Sarah,I think She will be fine.My dogs are 5 and 6 pounds and they have gotten into sugar free gum plenty of times (although they seem to prefer Juicey Fruit ! ) Give her a little bread to help absorb the sugar alcohol that is found in all sugar free gum.

TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VETS. If you are that concerned get your dog to the vets and find out, the longer you wait the worse things could get. The $ it costs would be worth the getting rid of the way you feel right now or you dogs life.

She may! Look at the gum package, does it contain Xylitol? If so, take her to the vet right away!! Xylitol causes liver failure in dogs, and does lead to death in many cases.
Update: I looked at Stride's website, and their gum DOES contain Xylitol. Because your dog is so small, I would take her to the vet ASAP!

its ok. my dog chewed on 10 pieces of gum by accident and he didnt die. you might want to call your vet though just because your dog is really small and could get effected more easily

Call the vet. There is usually a 24 hour emergency clinic in larger areas, so call and check with them.

just keep a good eye on her, if she didn't eat that much she should be okay, if you have any pepto tablet (for human) give her about a fourth of one and it will help calm her stomach down, and also rice will also calm her stomach down, if she still doesn't seem the same to you call the vet in the morning
