You may have endometriosis: Pain may be felt:

before/during/after menstruation
during ovulation
in the bowel during menstruation
when passing urine
during or after sexual intercourse
in the lower back region
Other symptoms may include:

diarrhea or constipation (in particular in connection with menstruation)
abdominal bloating (again, in connection with menstruation)
heavy or irregular bleeding
fatigue.

The other well known symptom associated with endometriosis is infertility. It is estimated that 30-40% of women with endometriosis are subfertile.

Well, first of all I would go to the doctor to see if you have a bladder infection and if, so take the medication for it, cranberry juice also good to drink for it. I am just wondering how old you are, if you are too old to get pregnant, or if you have had some female surgery or an abortion? All these factors may affect your ability to have a child. Some women after an abortion, cannot have any more children.

I can tell you what I did to get pregnant. I went to the doctor and asked how to do it that I don't want to be trying for years. So my doctor said, the best time to get pregnant is during ovulation, and she said that an idicator of this is the cramps or abdominal pains we get before period, that means we are ovulating, and are fertile, so that is the best time to have sex, but it is also good if you don't have too much sex with your partner, and him not to have sex with anyone or to masturbate, in order for his sperm to get concentrated, meaning, more potent and fertile to get you pregnant. I hope your bladder infection clears up and that you can try this. Also if you have irregular periods might be difficult. You can always try invitro fertilization=that means there is your egg and your partner's sperm fertilized ready to be implanted into your uterus, usually when they do invitro fertilization to get a woman pregnant, they put several fertilized eggs in the uterus, since some might die. But as well, before you try all this, maybe you and your partner should get checked for fertility. Some people are not fertile at all, maybe due to a birth defect or exposure to radiation. Good luck in all this, best wishes, mermaid199

See your gynocologist. Bladder infection is characterized by burning on urination, blood in the urine and frequent/urgent need to go to the bathroom. If you have those symptoms you probably have a bladder infection, which wouldn't effect your ability to get pregnant.

You could have an infection in your uterus or a blockage in the fallopian tubes which can cause pain in the abdomen and inability to get pregnant. A prior STD could cause adhesions in the tubes or uterus, also a sourse of discomfort. There are STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) that are virtually symptomless for years, just doing their damage.

It could be none of the above, just something you ate and the wrong time of the month for conception. But you need to see a doctor to pin down an exact answer.

Good luck.

this is what i found out for myself yesterday. I have a tiny small cyst on my female organ and it causes abs pains a great deal. I will tell you though to take it easy and try not to think about getting pregnant. For 8 years my boyfriend and I tried and we never could so we just stopped thinking and trying and just have fun. Well all of a sudden I became pregnant unexpected and shocked after thinking that I will never have a child. You can try this to and just have fun and enjoy it who know it may work for you too. If not, it may be time to ask the dr what else you can do. You and your partner may have to be tested to see if you can have children.

Deal with the bladder infection first. See your doctor. While you are there, ask about fertility tests.
