I do this and worry about it, but I can't stop. I do notice that my skin looks a lot better, so that's good.

I drink coffee morning, noon and night. No problem. I sleep like a baby. If I'm not drinking coffee, I'm drinking sweet tea.
I have learned long ago to kneel before my dark master... the coffee bean.

I stay away from caffeine and all products of. Ever since I got pregnant for the 1st time 8 years ago and they said it could wreck the baby's nervous system, I have steered clear as it has detrimental effects on all humans not just baby's!! This is my own preference, but I have lived a good life and there are many alternatives to coffee and many teas and pops are caffeine free these days!! There is a large selection of non caffeinated beverages. Besides my favorite drink is water.

I have quite a bit of coffee during the day,the key is to spread them out and not over do the caffeine otherwise I get jumpy. There is no evidence of any skin benefit, for example you don't find any coffee/caffeine skin creams or cleaners on the market

i drink a crap load of coffee all day long, happy to read and article in national geographic recently (the article was old,i just read it recently) and it would seem that like anything in excess its not to good for you,but in reasonable amounts it can be benificial, for example although it is a diuretic (makes ya pee alot) you can extract your daily dose of h2o out of it as well as be a mild anti-depressant,anyway look up the old national geographic article very informative, and made me feel much better about my addiction,lol...oh yeah its addictive but im sure you knew that, lol

no...I use to drink coke all day long and then one day I just stopped drinking it. Anyone can stop drinking caffeinated drinks, it's just up to them to stop. Now I drink water, apple juice and cranberry juice and I sometime have soda.

As long as it's not making you itch, you can sleep, and you aren't getting any fluttering sensation in your chest, you're probably ok. If it makes you feel like you're going 100 miles a minute, try to cut back.

No, because if I did I'd never get to sleep at night. Sounds like you need some counseling if you say you cant' stop.
