Put up a video camera and record their dogs doing the deed in your yard, give them a written letter stating that you would appreciate it if they keep their dogs out of your yard. Be sure to call the police and ask them for advice...(Not sure, but you might be able to take them to court if you can prove how stressful it is or if they are damaging your stuff)and if the dogs are off the leash be sure to call animal control so the owners will have to pay to get their dogs out of the pound....If none of that works, then scoop it all up and put it on their porch and tell them if they catch you that you are just returning what rightfully belongs to them....
If you really want to scare them into keeping their dogs out of your yard, tell them that you are going to start leaving yard decorations in your yard such as doggy bones laced with poison...(DONT really do this though..just say it so they will get scared enough to keep the dogs in their own yard) It isn't the doggies fault that their owners are idiots.

Well at at least you tried talking to them, that's a good start, unfortunately being nice doesn't always work.
If you can catch the dogs doing it blast em with the hose, you wont hurt the dogs and chances are doing this enough will keep them away from you...lol. Keep in mind its not the dogs fault when they gotta go they gotta go!
If that doesn't happen or work, pick up the feces and start leaving the piles on their doorsteps (be prepared for a confrontation as well...lol) but i promise you will get your point across that first morning when they step out to head to work and step in a soft mushy pile pf poo.
Check and see if you have a leash law in your state as well. They could possibly be fined every time their dogs get caught outside with out one.

If it were me I would just go get a meaner bad er dog, maybe even a professional trained guard dog that would surly do the trick. Not only will the neighbor's dogs not mess with your yard (if your dog is trained good enough he can safely guard you yard front and back without a leash) but your neighbor's won't want to mess with you either..

Check with local authorities to see if there is a law against this.
If there is, report them and if not pick up the poop and put it at their front door (without a bag). Pick it up with a scoop, put it in a bag and then dump it out of the bag where they can step in it when they come out the next day. Then watch the fireworks lol.
Good luck !!!! Bet they won't do it again.

you can always collect a weeks worth in a bag and empty it on the front steps with a note saying just cleaning up after your dog from what was left in my yard and then add that if it continues you will start billing him like a business would to pick up after his dog

Putting the poop on their step does work. My grandmother used to do this.
You could put up a fence, then the dogs couldn't get into your yard.

Send them a letter and then report to your homeowners association about the irresponsible dog owner.
Or you can always turn on the sprinklers when they walk by. Good luck.
