FOXY initiated a voluntary recall of green leaf lettuce. Products were distributed in Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged to throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The Foxy brand lettuce. It is sold in the western states, CA, OR, WA, NV. That is where the concern is.
