Well 1 lb = 4000 calories, so 15 lbs is 60,000 calories to cut from your diet or to burn with extra exercise in one month.

You'd have to burn 2000 more calories per day than you take in. Normal people take in only 2500-3000 per day.

Unless you're incredibly obese you can' do it in one month.

Well that would depend on your current weight. If you are very over weight you could lose 15lb. in one week (mostly water weight), if you are just a little over your ideal weight you have to work hard at it. 60 - 90 minutes of cardio per day, eat fresh and healthy, and remember consume less calories than you burn and your body has no other option but to burn stored fat. You also have to build your muscle because rapid weight lose isn't just water and fat lose its' also muscle tissue lose. So good luck. Stay healthy!

Negative calorie foods!!!

Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories food actually contains! Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to use. In other words, the body has to work hard in order to extract calories from these foods. Even though foods may contain equal amount of calories, much less of these calories can possibly turn into fat in fat burning foods (negative calorie foods) as fewer calories are actually available to the body. This gives these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.

Consider the facts:
A piece of dessert consisting of 400 calories may only require 150 calories to digest by our body, resulting in a net gain of 250 calories which is added to our body fat !

On the other hand, a 5 calorie piece of celery may require 150 calories to digest, but resulting in a net loss of 145 calories from our body fat !! The more you eat, the more you lose weight!!!

All foods have a nutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein), caloric (calories) and vitamin & mineral content. Vitamins stimulate living tissues to produce enzymes that breakdown the caloric nutrients of that food.
The negative calorie foods contain sufficient vitamins & minerals that produce enzymes in quantities sufficient to break down not only its own calories, but additional calories present in digestion as well. This is the secret of The Negative Calorie Foods.

You can eat a lot of negative calorie foods to lose that extra fat and to become slim naturally.
Some of these natural foods are asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, onion, orange, papaya, pineapple, spinach, turnip, zucchini, etc. The list of negative calorie foods contains about 100 foods.

no way in a healthy way that's gonna stay off.

the most you can expect to loose in a month without deterimental effects and keep it off is 2-4 pounds.

granted, the first few pounds are easiest to loose since you can do it in water weight and what not.
