If the ends are thin, that means there is damage, breakage. You need to have your ends trimmed, and often. I'd say like once a month.

I am a cosmetologist, and if your hair is thick at the roots, but becomes thinner as it comes down the hair shaft. A short bobbed cut will make it seem more fuller allover. There is no product on the market that I know of that will make it fuller at the bottom. because you would have to make the hair shaft swell to enlarge it and that will cause damage making the problem worse.

Try shampoos formulated to make your hair full and thick. you could use them all over your head or just on the ends. A good brand to try is Pantene, I think they have a nice hair thickening shampoo.
