Things in scripture have to be taken in context. Divorced people are not condemned, but the Bible teaches that Christian couples should not get divorced, which is really a good principle if you think about it. People who choose to be married, and decide that it's for life, will actually put an effort into making their relationship better and better over the years.

If by condemn you mean that the wages of sin is death and adultery is a sin, then Yes.
According to Christ all divorce is wrong in the eyes of the Lord, but God allows in the case of marital unfaithfulness (breaking of vows). Since at the time of Christ the common marriage ceremonies for Israelites were violated by adultery or terminated by death these were the two just ways that ended a marriage. However, today in the traditional marriage ceremony death is the only vowed form of termination, divorce in the case of adultery is not acceptable to God.
If a bride or groom says "til death do us part" in the company of God than they must uphold such an oath or they are breaking the second commandment. Unfortunately many marriages today are vowed in vain.

Dear malecats,
The Bible teaches that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
God clearly does teach that He does not like divorce. But the single act of getting divorce while it may be disobedience in many cases (other than in cheating and abusive situations- and even at that God gives the option of divorce- but does not like it)... God is able to forgive disobedience.
As you read the gospels just look at all the people that Jesus forgave.
Condemnation involves final judgment. And ultimately the only thing we can be condemned for is rejecting Jesus Christ's offer of love and a relationship with Himself.
Hope that helps,
Nickster

The New Testament condemns divorce, and provides divorcees with grace and direction and guidelines.
1 Corinthians 7 is excellent.

It condemns divorce. It condemns the actions of those who divorce and then "marry" another. But there is plenty of room to call for a turning away and returning back to the Lord, as with any sin we commit.

No the Newt Testament does not condemn divorce. But Jesus does speak strongly against those who divorce and remarry. He says they commit adultery.

Jesus said that is it considered adultery when someone marries a man or a women who just got divorced, but their is only one way that a divorce is found favorable or excused in God's eyes.
a man or a women can file for divorce when that man or woman was unfaithful to their spouse. Couples who do experience adultery should work at their relationship and get to the bottom of it and work things out. They need to look to God and get a lot of counseling for this. The man or woman can file only if things just do not work out because of the committed sin of adultery.

On the contrary. The bible tells us there is no condemnation for those who are in Jesus Christ. Any sin, if repented of, can be forgiven since our faith is in Jesus as our savior. That is why He died on the cross, to pay the price for our sins, including, if applicable, a divorce for a reason other than the bible gives (which is adultery or desertion).

After you are Divorced both of you can get Married again.
It is Sad (divorce). It really shouldn't happen, you confess it out and GOD Forgives you.
Both should put the Kids (if any) FIRST, and become Friends for Kids Sake.

God hates divorce" (Malachi 2:16). Matthew 19:9 tells us, "I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery." See also Matthew 5:32. These Scriptures clearly state that remarriage after a divorce is adultery - except in the instance of "marital unfaithfulness."
