If you mean over the counter, Crest whitestrips really do work. I'll use them just a few times and get comments on my white teeth the next day.

It depends on the individual, but almost all of the Dentist supplied gels are pretty equal.

um teeth aren't supposed to be white.. they are bones.. off white is normal. don't be so caught up in the world... leave nature the way it is.
