will reading more out loud help my studdering?

i am 13 years old and i have a studdering problem i want to fix it so i can communicate better and make more friends and talk to girls i like without sounding stupid

singing helps, for some reason people who stutter while talking don't while singing. my little brother used to stutter, around your age he just grew out of it. one of the tests he used to do was not listening to himself talk, when they put headphones on him he didn't stutter!!
