Green tea is good for a lot of things, including weight loss!
it doesn't matter whether you drink it hot or cold.
It doesn't matter what brand just as long as it is green tea.

Green tea does boost your metabolism, but only a small amount. It is most beneficial hot. And for maximum benes, start drinking it 1/2 hr b4 you workout, and continue drinking it during your workout and for an hour after.
