I have to make baked ziti for work tomrrow. I'm swamped and want to try and make as much of it as I can tonight and just heat it up......can I cook the noodles tonight and then just heat tomorrow?

yes you can, just leave them a little under cooked and add a little oil, place a damp paper towel over them and cover. no sauce.

I do this all the time. Use a little extra tomato sauce, because the zita soaks it up. Get it ready to go into the oven and cover it with plastic to seal it. Put in ref, Bake next day, It might take 10 to 15 min. longer to cook. Turns out great every time.

yes. just cook them and store them in a air tight container in the fridge.

sounds ok for me, pre cooking is a good plan
