For vinegar base condiments the shelf life is years. For oil base condiments the shelf life is determined by the quality of the base ingredient, as the base deteriorates it will develop a stale and slightly rancid odor, so as long as the product smells "intact" keep them. Do check whether the product contains protein food (e.g. beans); proteins break down and spoil reducing life, but should have an expiration date. It is always a good practice to keep the necks of the bottles and jar clean to prevent mold.
Having stated so, flavor will start to dissipate as soon as the product is opened, so although the product has a long shelf life (safe to eat) its properties (taste) may not. Smell, taste nad when in doubt --- replace.

They're probably good for a year, but do the smell test before you use.

well most of them should have expiration dates, but i would say they might be good for 6 months-ish
