First of all, you might want to stop at 110. 86 is way to skinny and bad for you, so it can't be healthy. BUT here you go: Eat a diet with many whole grains, proteins, low in fat and cholesterol, many fruits and veggies, low in sugar, high in fiber, and with a moderate of calories for energy. Also have portion control. (yes I know the calories thing sounds weird but you need to do that to lose weight the healthy way.) Get plenty of exercise every day. Jumprope. Swimming is an excellent way to build muscle, and even more to lose weight. (don't worry, you won't end up looking like a bodybuilder)

The healthiest way is fortunately also one of the cheapest.

Get more exercise. Walking is free, after you get a good pair of shoes.

Don't eat seconds or junk food.
Do eat fresh fruits and veggies for snacks, and do eat smaller portions.
Drink lots of water between meals so you don't feel hungry.

Good luck!

Cut out ALL fried foods and junk. Cut out carbs and fats (sugar, sodas, bread, pasta, rice)
Eat low fat protein such as steamed fish or chicken or a small serve of grilled red meat with no visible fat on it.
Drink plenty of water (at least 2 litres per day).
Eat plenty of vegetables and salads (especially leafy green...and avoid starchy types like potatoes, peas, pumpkin etc )
Eat fruit (but not too much, because some fruit has a lot of sugar).
Only use low fat, low carb salad dressings because they can be laden with fat.
And get plenty of exercise...lots of walking at a fast pace is good.
Happy school dance!

do skipping...according to the stats
10 minutes of skipping = half and hour of jogging.
Skip 10 minutes continuously ( as in keep hopping around the rope) Start slowly maybe 2 mins first then continue till u can manage 10mins at a time !! Trust me its not easy.
At the same go on green food and fruit diet. (vegetarian)
It really woks!!

Drink lots of water and get in as much excercize time as you can before. Try not to eat too much bread, especially not bagels, cause those have the most calories. Try to eat a lot of protein and avoid fatty foods. DRINK WATER!!

I would suggest cutting down on the calories you eat.
Excercise(go for long walks/jogs, play sports)
Pilates work great to lose shape and keep you toned.

Just don't starve yourself. You'll end up much unhapier than you already are.
